I feel like we have been shaken down to collect our outstanding invoices. We got a call giving us 2 days notice to pay. We would have paid immediately but Dr's office would not take Care credit over phone. When I went to office the following Monday, we were already sent to their attorney who wanted a separate fee. We are now going to court and they are trying to garnish our salary. This is over $800.00. My family spent over 8000 at this doctor in the past 2 years. Not sure if this is due to poor.
At my first visit Sonia put a dental crown, but the crown cracked right in the office.Horrible experience. Then 3 weeks later i came back again and the Sonya was trying to put the crown again, but it didn't fit, and she started to file down the other teeth so it would fit and then Sonya realized that it was some other patient's crown. Can you imagine that ? Horrible and heartbreaking experience. Pain and suffering just can't be described here. She also overcharged me for the work. .
I really wanted to like the experience here, but unfortunately it fell short. I didn't feel like I was listened to and felt uncomfortable with the treatment recommended, which then led to unexpected charges. I came for a routine cleaning and was told that I needed a "deep cleaning," which felt like a regular cleaning at other dentists. I felt like the goal for them was to make money, rather than doing what was best for the patient. .
It was great the way you were able to get the Arestin For me so quickly, and the hygienist is always wonderful and professional. This follow up appointment was nice and quick, with no waiting..
