Long story made very short. My son had 3 baby teeth extracted by Dr. Press. Upon returning home my son realized 1/2 of one tooth was still there. I called and was assured there was \"no way\" that happened. I emailed pictures to confirm there was 1/2 of tooth but was told Dr. Press couldn\'t tell from a picture (It was very clear that half the tooth was still there). After a few more calls I was offered an appointment next day to \"reassure me\". We get to the appointment next day an sure enough half the tooth was still there. Dr. Press took absolutely no accountability for this. We did not even get an apology, He just kept repeating this never happens, I never do this. Well you did and your staff made me seem like I was crazy for even suggesting that it had happened. The fact that half the tooth was left is not even my problem, mistakes happen. The problem is how dismissive everyone was to me when I called to let them know about it. We should have been able to come right back, while my son
