I called to make my three children appointments. The lady who answered the phone said it has been a 5 years since they had been seen. I explained we had moved away and she asked me had they seen any other local dentist, I expained to her yes one but their dad had taken them. The lady said since I went to another dentist instead of coming back to him he would not see my children! This was unprofessional, and not very business savvy. I asked exactly why he refused to service them to make sure I understood and she said because you took them elsewhere. She had all ready put me on hold so this was per Dr, Igbinadlor. However the funny thing is when I was telling my daughter about the incident she said "good mom because thats the Dr who blasted the music no small child should listen to and his staff was loud and cursing, you dont remember?" So it made me angry but was a blessing as well.
