My daughter has used Dr. Beverly for around 4 years now and she has been a wonderful dentist, my child loves her and she has always done amazing work. As far as not letting the parents go back into recovery before they wake up, my child has been to several different facilities over the years to be put under for tooth extraction. Her baby teeth all had such long roots on them, just as mine did, and they all had to be pulled at the proper times. Not one of the facilities we ever used allowed me to enter before she had already awoke and yes the first time was terrible she was scared and crying and in pain and still delusional from the medications but that was not the Dr. who made those rules its the hospitals so you can not blame Dr. Beverly for this occurrence. I just thank god they have the ability to put them to sleep for this now as they did not when I was a child and it can be traumatic for a child to have 8 teeth pulled at one time with just a little gas to ease the pain. Each time they put her under it got easier and easier depending on the dentist, but when we used Dr. Beverly the nurse came to get me and when I got to her she was laying peacefully on the bed waiting for me she drank her sprite put her arms around me and I carried her out of there and drove her straight home with no complications, such as vomiting, as we had experienced in the past. Our experiences with Dr. Beverly have been much better then the other Pediatric Offices in this area. She is such a sweet and likable person and she is wonderful with children.
