My wife went to Smith Dental and it was a total train wreck. The veneers were put in wrong and had to be redone, she was charged for anesthesia, even though it was the dentist mistake. She recently went in for a cleaning and she now has an abscess because the dentist didn\'t properly address the cavity. Of course we now have the burden of fixing their mistake again.

I was trying to get my daughter an appointment, she\'s new to that area. The young man who answered the phone was so dry, unhelpful. I asked if they open any days later for emergencies he said nope! The website says there open until 6, but stop taking appointments at 3. Guess I\'m use to good hometown customer service in Baton Rouge.
