3His staff never informed me that they were an out of network and my insurance would not cover original quote. Susan was unprofessional and had no empathy. She said calling an insurance company and informing a patient of that status was a courtesy not mandatory. She said you signed a contract and owe us the money, only God can witness what my staff said. I was not there to witness conversation so you need to pay. NO COURTESY, NO TRUST. MISLED and BETRAYED by referral.
