Terrible customer service and did not care about the pain I was in, only about getting his money before anything was done. I was scheduled for a two visit root canal and he wouldn't allow me to simply bring the $629 for the estimate after Insurance with me on the second visit. Sounds sketchy to me! I've always paid my copay up front and been billed for anything my insurance didn't pay after to work is done. If you don't trust me to pay my bill I don't trust you to touch my mouth! This is the first time I've ever heard of a M.D. refusing to help a patient in pain. I wouldn't recommend this guy to anyone for anything!
