2He literally dislocated my elderly mother's jaw. We spent last night at the ER having it reset. He has refused to return calls that have gone to his voice mail starting on Wednesday (1.1.14) as her surgery was on Tuesday. Won't be calling any more as he will now have to deal with our attorney. Lousy customer service and dental malpractice... You don't leave a seventy-eight year old woman with a dislocated jaw bone that YOU did.... and she is bruised all along her lower jaw... she told him about this before she left his office and told him how he had hurt her....
