5Has serious billing issues. They didn't send me a bill for at least 30 days after my service. They applied the payment for my filling to my cleaning and didn't submit a claim for my cleaning. When I called them about it and told them to submit the claim for the cleaning to the insurance you would think since it was their error they would have sent me a bill for the difference. But no i get a bill from a collection agency for $21.00. I pay my bills always have they just need to let me know what i owe rather than sending it to a collection agency. Had been using them for years but I won't be back. I will pay their $21.00 and thats it.
