When I arrived to the office, Dr. Jasselle had availability to greet me almost immediately while I began completing my information for my first appointment. She provided excellent service. Dr. Jasselle was so kind to guide me through each step of the appointment, answered any questions I had. I do not believe Dr. Subramanian and her staff have patients best interests in mind. I received a $2,400 bill for a procedure that occurred nearly two years ago. The bill claims I had the procedure done on four teeth instead of only one. I called the office many times to resolve this and no one took the time to follow up or explain the invoice, or the extreme delay, to me. I also made payments towards this closer to the date of the actual procedure.
