Dr. Thach failed my daughter. She declared my daughter cavity-free last month. But now, one month later, my daughter needs a root canal and crown. I was told by Dr. Thach that she doesn\'t have \"laser beam eyes\" or an x-ray of the tooth and that is why my daughter was told she was cavity-free the month before. The tone and words used by Dr. Thach was unacceptable.
