I have seen Dr.Holger in his office over a couple of years now and reserved making comments until now. Over the last few years I have interacted with Dr. Holger on numerous occasions. On most occasions, Dr. Holger was not patient with me and did not take the time to adequately explain the course of treatment or the basis for his recommendations. Dr.Holger has a hard time listening. He tends to talk over you especially when he does not agree with you..
Dr. Remakel prescribed a night mouthguard to my 19 year old son, gave him a financial form to sign without explaining the costs and now I have a $500 bill for a non-covered expense. I immediately called upon receiving the statement and was told the doctor would call me back - 6 weeks later i am still waiting for a return call. I finally called today -horrific customer service and I feel we were taken advantage of by Dr. Remakel. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
We have always had great experiences at Dentistry by Design. Recently, our daughter went for her first dental visit and she had a great time. We can't believe that she let the hygienist floss her teeth! Later that day, she complained that her teeth were dirty and she needed to brush :).
