3Got a filling done, it fell out weeks later. Refused to give another filling and suggested I get a crown. Due to billing issue (of first filling) she wouldn\'t accept my insurance for the crown and wanted paid upfront thousands of dollars. Would not speak personally to me about a issue and pushed the issue into the lady behind the desk. Both the front desk lady Jan and myself were mistreated by the destiny during this time. I took my money elsewhere and got it fixed a day later.
