Since Dr. Allen does not accept Medicare and everything online shows that he accepts Cigna, I purchased a dental plan from Cigna. When I showed up for my appointment, I was told that Cigna is “out-of-network” and that my insurance plan was not accepted. This is unacceptable and I will be pursuing further action.
