12I was the 1st time client in 2022 and came with the specific problem. I had the old cavity and Dr. Eserkaln didn't inform me about it, even if she and her assistant took photos of my teeth... Because she didn't tell me back then, now as the result I have a bigger/older cavity, which will cost me more out of pocket. I felt dismissed by Dr. Eserkaln and her assistant, that they wanted to get rid of me. Even if I was very nice to them. They had a problem of finding my insurance even if I gave them all the insurance info. It was pretty frustrating. I felt like they didn't care. Now I have a new dentist. My new dentist and his assistant found my insurance right away, informed me about all my problems, scheduled all the appointments very briefly. This is a big difference in comparison ...
