His office will constantly cancel your appointment. Then reschedule for 2 months later then cancel again. The lady at the front answering phones is extremely rude. I don't recommend unless you have the patience of a saint..

We moved from Pace in April, and I decided to change dentists because of the long drive from Pensacola. It became obvious after a few months that the change of dentists would be a daunting task, and I liked Dr. Ottley. I began to think that I had been hasty in my decision to change based on the drive. I take my pets to the veterinarian in Pace, so I decided I could take myself over there to the dentist twice per year. I think I made the right decision because it felt so good to be back today.

It’s amazing so far. I’m a new patient. The first day I received my X-Rays and an evaluation and summary of what condition my teeth were in and the cost it would be to fix them. They do try to find something good for you. I received about $1,000 discount from my almost $8,000 bill. The staff is pretty preppy and nice so that’s a plus..
