I used to work for Dr CashCow. Most staff can only endure her constant bitching for two to six months. She is nice at first, too nice, then the shitshow starts. She criticizes her staff in such a negative way that the person feels denigrated. You can expect her to suddenly reduce your hours, promise a raise that never comes, take responsibilities away from you, or increase your workload. Staff often quit in the middle of the day, they can't take her bitchiness. She is highly disorganized, makes random changes, has irrational logic, doesn't follow her own procedures but kicks your butt if you don't. Working for her was the most stressful job I ever had. If you go to a working interview, she will charm you, but that only lasts a week at most. Insurance companies should investigate her for fraud and patients are charged different rates depending on her mood.
