Such an excellent dentist! It\'s just too bad that the receptionist name Tina has very poor customer service skills. It\'s just too sad after 10 years, my husband and I decided to go ahead and take our loyalty elsewhere!! Please try not to get new insurance during the time that you\'re a patient.Tina needs 1 hour to verify prior...+ Dr.presley was running behind? I had new insurance and she wanted my info 1 hour prior to my appointment? As far as verifying co-pays that should only take 5 minutes !
