treated me like a package on an assembly line. Explained nothing and walked out of the building twice after inserting crowns with no words of "goodbye", "do you like them"? I heard him tell the staff he was going on vacation then I heard the back door close and he was gone. This behavior was noticed on my 4 visits to him. He never introduced himself or tried to make conversation. My crowns fell out 2 1/2 yrs later during a dental cleaning..
May I just say that Dr. Scott is a "TEETH GENIUS"/ "TEETH ARCHITECT", ETC., ETC.!!! and his overall staff are always friendly and helpful as well!!! My particular "situation" was over-crowding and today after just two (2) years of having braces, my teeth are perfectly straight!!! Before I don't think I was really confident in my smile, however, today, I can't stop smiling!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!! I will never stop being grateful for having chosen Dr. Scott and his team for the overall process ...one of the best decision I have ever made!!!
