nice and friendly staff just dont reccommend if feeling sick or hurting, very hard to get a nurse to return calls and they dont answer phones before 9 am and that is early for them, middleburg area needs more caring doctors since when feeling bad not willing to make a long drive.
I went to this place. They were suppose to call a diagnostic center for them to set up an appointment and I have never heard from the place, this was two months ago. Now I have to call them and ask them if they did their job. What is up with the Doctors is Middleburg?.
Front desk needs some guidence on customer service, eating at the window, coking and jokeing while you wait to be told sign in and have a seat. Back office has always been spot on both the MA's and the Doc's. Dont like the idea of my chart being in the O.P office but over all I feel they do a fair job. Really need to work on that front office..
