How Patients Feel
NEGATIVEPatient Reviews
3Dr. Ahearn is no longer practicing there. It was explained to me that he spends all his time at “his factory”. All the friends that I had previously referred to this office, specifically to see Dr Ahearn, have left this office, as most have not felt appropriately cared for. I have tried to contact Dr. Ahearn at ‘his factory” and he has never returned my calls. During several of my recent procedures issues I have experienced prolonged excessive pain, swelling and infection, conditions that I was assured would not happen. Receiving returns calls from the dentist who performed those procedures were a challenge. Receiving a resolve to those results were even more challenging. I actually had to seek help from another out of office dentist to get effective relief. Apparently Dr. Ahearn was not interested in hearing about this or interceding, though his name is still on the door! Did I mention that I had been a patient for 30 years and had referred many folks to his practice.
