Deroode Orthodontics

During a Business trip I had the urgency to visit the Orthodontist for my lower retainer. I left it at home and due to having a severe bone loss problem I panic... Dr. deRoode office was the first google option, I called right at 0805 a lovely lady answered the phone and miraculously provided the options to have the plastic retainer done by the next business day... however I needed this retainer immediately. Upon asking about a permanent retainer which I planed to get done sometime Lourdes was able to fit me in the Drs schedule and get a PERMANENT retainer done on the same day. THIS Team truly understands the concept of an EMERGENCY.. I am forever grateful and if I ever had the choice to choose an orthodontist again I would travel to Miami to see Dr deRoode she was walking around the lobby greeting her patients.... it really seems to me she cares... I LOVE the service I received... THANK YOU ..!
