Unprecedented, severe, rigid and unprofessional rescheduling policy. One slip up or unexpected event in your life, if you don't give them 24 hour notice, you owe them $50. Stear clear. Is their policy symmetrical? If he is sick with the flu and cancels, does he pay his patients $50 each???
