Love Dr. Simister! We had 6 months left for my daughter\'s braces to be finished when we moved from CA to Saint George. We were referred to Dr. Simister. What a great doctor! I am very pleased with the results. Its office and staff are great, too! Very professional! They really care about their patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shaila Chahwala (Dr. Mohip) since 6/18/2013. I never had an issue with her practice until May 15, 2022. I was the client that drove 7hrs from another state, for dental appointments with her. May 15, it all changed: I arrived for my 11:00am appointment. An associate informed me I had an outstanding $77 bill from Sept. 2018 and $40 no-show in Oct. 2021. Payment was requested. I spent my appointment time with the insurance carrier, who informed her staff they conducted the 9/2018 follow-up service too soon after the 8/2018 svc, therefore the claim was denied and the patient (me) was not to pay the claim either. The $40 no show fee - I offered to show Mohip my call record to show I called to cancel. She declined. Mohip was sure her \"girls\" didn\'t err. I had proof they did. Today, my time, and client history was not respected. I have terminated my 9yr relationship with this practice. This door is forever closed.
