Wow. I'm constantly amazed at what poor bedside manner Dr. Nia has and at how rude his office staff can be! They staff start out polite, but the moment you ask for clarification on anything, they get snappy and rude. I can't wait until our dental insurance changes and we can see someone else. That said, I do like the hygienists we have seen and I do think the female dentist at this practice has better bedside manner.
