Dr. Sertich and his entire staff are so welcoming and put you at ease from the first phone call to the follow up. The office is clean, warm and inviting. Kathy at the desk is so sweet and accommodating. Every hygienist is knowledgeable and discusses with you what they're doing before and during any procedure. Dr. Sertich himself is very accommodating and gentle- pretty important! He discusses options with you and they can assist with payments. I honestly enjoy going, and my teeth are not perfect
