Dr. Cheng is terrible at clearly explaining the procedures she plans to perform and their costs. Very inconsiderate of her patients. Imagine sitting in a 40 degree room with sensitive teeth needing a crown and having her blast freezing cold A/C into your mouth and getting upset at you when you tell her its unbearable. After you\'ve been seated in the chair, a 1-2 hr wait before she actually starts is common. If you go to her, be prepared for a 4-5 hour visit each time, just for her to tell her she doesn\'t have all the materials and make you reschedule 2-3 weeks out, time and time again.
