8We love coming to Dr Packard. Him and his staff are always friendly. The appointments are always on time. If I had more than one kid that needed braces we would be back!

1Awesome facility, terrible staff... I took my son there twice and both times the experience made me hate the place. The dentist was rude and judgmental and the receptionist did not have any phone etiquette or manners. I was 5-7 minutes late for an appointment for my son, after taking a half day off of work for this appointment, and was told i had to reschedule... With no other patients in the waiting room, I found this to be stupid and an unprofessional way to run a drs office... People cant help traffic or unforeseen circumstances to be late for an appointment. If the office was filled with other patients i could have understood. I will never step foot in the office again nor will I recommend this facility to any one.
