Oh, man, these folks are the best. I've been in for a consultation, a cleaning, and several fillings, and everyone was so friendly that I couldn't believe I'd put up with my previous dentist (with his dour staff and unwelcoming environment) for so long. I also love the way they use tech gadgets to get into detail with me. With their uploaded x-rays, they could show me the shadows of my cavities up close-- very reassuring since so often dentists will just tell you that there are two cavities and leave it at that. They're also whizzes at the insurance end-- something you don't want to worry about but sometimes have to. I got a wacky bill and, when I called to check, they jumped right into action to determine the issue and solve it. Very reassuring. As for the other review talking about waiting in the chair, I didn't see it myself, but it's only been three visits so I couldn't say for sure that it doesn't happen.
