I have been going to Dr Lapp for over 10 years. She is a kind, caring and very considerate person. Her sense of humor and engaging demeanor are what makes her the best dentist experience I have ever had. When items need to be addressed, she is clear and open about what needs to be done. Her caring comes through and she makes sure to answers any questions or concerns. A true gem!
