West Orthodontics

We love West Orthodontics! Over the past 10 years, Dr. West and his staff have provided orthodontic treatment for me and for my five children, and we have nothing but GREAT things to say about our experiences at this office. Dr. West has addressed many different issues in our mouths, from inadequate palate size to crossbite to missing teeth to improper alignment. Dr. West and his staff are remarkable in their personal treatment of each patient. They are generous with their time to make sure we understand each step of the process and are comfortable moving forward with treatment. Dr. West and every member of his staff seem genuinely glad to see us each time we walk through the door, and we never wait more than a few minutes to be seen. And when something needs immediate adjustment, the office accomodates us in a remarkable way. The entire staff seems to remember our names and our stories, and although they are always 100% professional, they seem like old friends by now, as well. Despite the fact that orthodontic visits often result in some discomfort as the teeth respond to treatment, my children never, ever complain about going to an orthodontic appointment. They know they are going to a place of great skill and great caring, and we have complete and total confidence that in the end, our bites and our smiles will be as perfect as they can possibly be.
