The worst dental experience I have ever had. He was very condescending, arrogant, and unsympathetic of the pain I was in when he was drilling on my tooth. During a filling procedure, I could feel a lot of pain as he drilled on my tooth. I kept telling him how bad it hurt and he basically said you need a higher pain tolerance or I can't work on your tooth. He sent me home without a filling and made me pay $180. I have dental ins. to cover it but since he didn't "fill" the tooth I had to pay. SMH.

I broke a tooth on a Friday night. I am not local so I used Yelp to find an emergency dentist near my Norfolk location. Thankfully, Monica was able to schedule me for a visit just 45 minutes after our conversation. I am going for a crown on Monday. Everyone in the office was kind and helpful and understanding. I am a very anxious patient, so I'll have another review Monday! So far I couldn't be happier..
I broke a tooth on a Friday night. Monday afternoon, my new crown is in! It was the least stressful dental experience of my life. I am a total wimp when it comes to dentistry-I get full mouth Novocain for cleanings, for Pete's sake. But everyone at Medfield dental was superlative. I highly recommend Medfield Dental. I am so glad I was able to find this wonderful practice. Thank you thank you!.
As a new patient, I felt welcome. The staff is very kind and complete. The office is immaculate and aesthetically pleasing. Dr Bai is very professional, pleasant, has the latest equipment, and made me feel at ease. Typically one approaches "the dentist" with at least mild dread.
