They don't care about your comfort level.....even though they charge you for it. The staff does not listen to you, when you tell them your comfort level is not acceptable. They try to make you feel like you don't know what you're talking about. I was told different things by different staff. All they care about is making money. This practice will NEVER be the practice that Dr Stowe established. It's sad to see that the small town atmosphere, that was once present, is no longer there. I'd been a patient of Dr Stowe's since the late 70's. This current practice belongs in a big city like Columbus because all they want to do is herd you in and out like cattle. Needless to say......I'm disappointed in the lack of professionalism I've received here. They don't care about your comfort level.....even though they charge you for it. This is the friendlest dental office yhey will go out of their way to make you feel confortable. The dentist are up on all the new techniques. They will work with you on payment plans. I highly recommend them for all you dental needs .
I LOVE this dentist so much they treat you like a family ! They make you feel so comfortable to talk too and very friendly ! I will be going to them for the rest of my life ! Love it here!(:.
