Dr. Penner and Prose and their staff are always very friendly and are very knowledgeable. They make you feel comfortable and address you by name. I always appreciate that the wait time for an appointment is never more than a couple of minutes..
I have experienced many dental offices and this one is the best hands down. It starts with a very friendly knowledgeable staff. They are always willing to work to try to get you into be seen as soon as possible. All the dentists here do a wonderful job with patients. My family has had some difficult dental work done and they are always very patient with us. Love this office!.
They only accept a few dental insurance plans. I have 2 dental insurance plans. Blue cross federal and we pay extra every month for the nice cigna federal full plan and they don't even accept either! Crazy that this place stays in business!.
