I met with Dr Hiers on 3/12/21 for eval for sleep apnea device. Was informed it would be 30 wait for insurance approval. I have left 3 messages with no response and spoke with Kristin on the 4 call with a promise of a return call which never happened. Very disappointed as Dr Hiers came highly recommended.
