Downright the worst dentist I have ever been to. I went to this dentist almost 4 years ago, and out of the blue they're saying that I got three fillings,....
Loved this place 15 years ago. Went back with my son who had an emergency with a previous root canal from another dentist. They were great, took us right away and the staff was nice BUT my son was in so much pain and Dr. Carr made him get a cleaning before he would look at him. When I walked into the room I can tell that my 22 year old son was in so much additional pain from the cleaning they had to stop it. Then they took xrays and of course they could not do anything for him and then they sent us to a root specialist. I wished they would have done the xrays and then sent us to the specialist instead of trying to make money off of us for an additional service. We will not be going back to this place. I don't think Dr. Berman would have treated us like this. Sham on you Dr. Carr..
Best Dentist & Staff I've ever encountered in my life. All professional & friendly & extremely competent. Sorry I had to retire & leave NY...miss u guys. And NEVER charged me for dozens of drop-in, non-appointments. Staff was actually surprised when I did schedule an appointment. haha.
He is a great dentist and awesome person. I would not go anywhere else..
Dr. Mellon is excellent and he and everyone else I've come into contact in person or on the phone with from his office are very friendly and professional. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! :).
