Two severe infections stemming from consecutive treatments by Dr. Rikli resulting in two root canals that had to be redone. These events would have never transpired if Dr. Rikli would have taken the time to listen to me, rather than seating the crown even though I communicated to him that I was still experiencing pain. He seemed to be intent in rushing to finish the procedure. His staff was unresponsive in returning my calls regarding cost adjustment for substandard treatment.

Very professional, nice,clean business. Communication skills excellent I'm happy that my daughter enjoyed her appt. Thank you
