I took my 15 moths old baby boy to see dr. Uppal for his first dental visit. He never brushed his teeth at home. Dr. Uppal took her sweet time in explaining us what kind of toothpaste we should use and the importance of brushing at home. She gave us many tips to make brushing fun like brushing with elmo brushing on youtube, finger brushing, fruit flavored wipes, etc. I highly recommend her to any of my family friends and relatives..
I had very good experience with dr. Uppal. I am very anxious to dental treatment since my last dental visit was in india 5 years ago when dentist did filling without anesthesia. Dr. Uppal recognized my anxiety and explained me whole restoration process step by step. She placed topical for 5 minutes and I didn't feel pinch of injection. After Anesthesia, I didn't feel anything and Dr. Uppal did 5 filling on me the same visit. I didn't feel any discomfort. I would exceptionally recommend her..
I like her professionally when I first visited her. I had concerns about my gums bleeding and bad breath. She took her sweet time and explained how it is related to periodontitis. After getting SRP recommended by her, my gum problems solved. I would recommend her to my family and friends. She is very nice, gentle, and efficient in every aspects of dental field..
It's really hard to describe how bad my experience was with this office. I'd been a patient here for about a year, after chipping a tooth I called for an appt and was given the option of getting in soon for a consult or waiting and getting the work done the same day, I opted for the latter. The dr. sent me away after my appt saying he didn't have time amd asked me to come back that afternoon. I arrived at the office and was told I would have to reschedule bc the dr was still with the patient he had to leave me for earlier that day. I know that things come up in an environment such as this, but I never heard from them, no apology no explication, no nothing. That's just bad business!!! Office is beautiful and the staff could not have been more friendly. Receptionist greeted me like a friend. Dental Asst. was one of the best. She was concerned about my well being and very polite. Doctor Sharp was very professional and polite. Overall experience was 100%!.
LOVE this office! SO grateful to have found it! After a horrible experience at a local Frisco dentist, we went to the Dr. for a second opinion. Thank God we did because he is highly recommended and was looking for the least invasive and least expensive route he could go to care for our daughter. I had a very good feeling with everyone at this office and my daughter absolutely loved it! I'm bringing my other two daughters back soon and plan to keep this dentist until they graduate highschool :). LOVE this office! SO grateful to have found it!
