This office is only good if you are a healthy individual who can schedule appointments months in advance. If you get sick you are out of luck and will be told that your doctor is too busy to see you and go to the walk in clinic if you can't wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment. I was sent to the walk in clinic 5 times in a 10 day period for worsening pneumonia and an infection that was dangerously close to turning into a blood infection by the time the walk in clinic finally started treating me. I called multiple times during that 10 day period to get an appointment with my primary care doctor who according to their website will coordinate my care and be proactive with my care. Every time I called I was told my doctor was too busy and just go to the walk in clinic. I have never had any issues or problems with this clinic. My son has his doctor here too and he had never had any problems here as well. All staff seem friendly and knowledgeable..
I would not even give this place one star. The staff is rude. I made an appointment for my son, called stating I was running 5 minutes late they said not a problem and would let the assistant know. I arrived 5 minutes late to that appointment to be told that the doctor refused to see him. We were still in our time window as well. The receptionist at the front desk was rude, snickered at us with a sucks to be you attitude. refused to even get out of his seat to remedy the situation. There was no management present at the clinic at the time. I have went to appointments and waited 10-20 minutes past my appointment time, however the one time I am 5 minutes late with the courtesy of calling ahead, I am told that I need to respect the doctor's time. Avoid this place like the plague it frankly has no time to cure. I would not even give this place one star. The staff is rude.
