Best staff and everyone here is so nice! They are so easy with your mouth and if you hate the dentist and have to go, start going to this practice and you will see the Dr. Kestler way bigger and better difference! The best dentist I ever went to and every dentist and staff member here is the best!.
I have been a patient for over 20 years. Recently the practice has expanded and the care gone straight into the toilet. I have been suffering with Chronic Pain for several weeks and have no medication that is working. After 2 calls and 2 faxes over a 5 day period and never once receiving the courtesy of a call back, I popped into the office today. I was told my dr wasn't there and the PA would address my concerns at the end of the day. The office was empty and I could see someone, I assume the PA, hiding around the corner , listening to the conversation. I asked why I had to wait to the end of the day to have my concerns addressed. I was told the same thing: the PA would address my concerns at the end of the day. I replied if that meant I would at least get a call back and was told that could not be guaranteed. I then asked for the emergency call service number for the Dr. and was told I would have to wait for the office to close at 3 PM(5 hours later), listen to the answering machine message and the emergency service number was on that. I responded how could you, the receptionist, not know the number of the Dr's emergency call service. She replied with a straight face she never listened to the message after the office was closed. If this is the kind of service you want from your doctor, then this is the practice for you. Me? I'm done.
Perhaps I am the happiest wisdom tooth extraction patient ever... Dr. Boukas saw me the day I called, spotted a bad infection and cavity, started antibiotic treatment and had me back for the procedure within a few days! This, by far, is the best experience I have EVER had with a dentist. The staff is great, the office is super clean, and the care continued 6 hours later with a follow-up phone call to my home, just to check on me! This man is a magician with novocain- I barely felt it at all. He also managed to keep my tongue and cheek from going numb while VERY gingerly removing the tooth without any pain, excess bleeding or residual TMJ issues. (with the other 3, done elsewhere, I was sore for weeks) BRILLIANT!!! Thanks Doc!.
