After a 40 minute wait Dr. Nick “accidentally” h!t me in the face. He admitted it and apologized in the moment. I now need more treatment and Im too scared he will assault me if I go in. His excuse for the wait was that he had heart surgery and was running behind because he was so tired. Sounds like he is in no shape to be working and is hurting people in the process. I was told to transfer if I don’t like how I’m being treated. I wish I had never come to Mashpee Orthodontics..
My children look forward to going to their visits with Dr. Nick! He came highly recommended and I now see why. Very kid friendly staff and office, and Dr. Nick personally called us to check on them after having their braces and Invisalign put on, for that I am grateful!.
From start to finish Dr. Nick was welcoming, patient, and listened to our concerns. He went beyond the scope of what most doctors are willing to do by personally calling us, seeing us on weekends, and modifying our treatment plan as needed. My kids looked forward to their visits as the staff and office are so kid friendly. Excellent work. Highly recommend Dr. Nick as he was highly recommended to me!.
