10First impressions are a tell tell sign of what's to come. I called to become a new patient the representative took all my info and said she'll call me back with a date for the appointment once she contact the insurance company for coverage. This was on a Monday...... I called back on Thursday spoke with "Office Manager" he apologized for the other representative. He said the office was close on Tuesday & Wednesday. He promise to call me back by EOD Thursday. Today is Monday still no call
