I have always been reluctant to go to a dentist, for various reasons. Since going to Dr Quincy and his staff I no longer dread dentistry. Best experience I've ever had in all my 62 years !!.
I've been going to the same dental practice for 6 yrs, was never really comfortable with them but I stayed because of convenience. When they started switching dentists on me I thought it was my time to leave and to find a new dentist, one I would feel comfortable with this time around. So the next dentist I chose was one that was "in my benefit network" and when I went for few appointments I did not feel 100% comfortable and something was off, but I couldn't quite put me finger on it. Then after being there for about a month my dentist told me that I would need to have a total of 5 procedures done. THAT did not feel right to me. 5, really?! I complained to my wonderful sister and she being a brilliant PhD took it upon herself to do a search of dentists in my area and she suggested I go check out Dr. Adam Salem. She informed me that in doing her search she discovered that he was the highest rated dentist in my area and had numerous positive reviews everywhere. I thought I trust her judgment, so why not try. I decided to email Dr. Salem asking if I could make an appointment with him and he, not his assistant, replied back to me within 1.5 hrs. I couldn't believe it! So I made an appointment and I went scared to be disappointed, again. And to my surprise all the reviews (like this one) I read were RIGHT! I was in his waiting room for about 1 minute before I was escorted to the dental chair. When I finally met Dr. Salem he was VERY pleasant, easy to talk to and very willing to help AND he remembered our email chat. He was like a breath of fresh air I needed. He advised me that I really only needed to have 2 procedures done out of 5 my old dentist suggested. I couldn't believe it! This man was too good to be true! Dr. Salem was able to perform these 2 procedures that SAME day and within a short time I was on my way home. For the first time EVER I left a dentist's office actually happy, with a smile on my face. I called my sister right away to thank her on her referral. Too bad my old dentist will get their walking papers from me soon. :) .
I've been a patient of Dr Bryan for several years. I find her to be at the top echelon of her profession in every way from the quality of her care to her patient manner. .
