Unorganized, unprofessional, dishonest office staff. After the free consult, the office staff said they had sent the necessary referral to an oral surgeon, but after one week, the surgeon had not received it. After my many phone calls, the staff at Lamansky's office admitted to not sending it. Many excuses about being understaffed and the dentist not being available. No apology from the staff member who flat out lied about having sent it the week before. Office finally provided a referral to an oral surgeon, but the referral was made to a surgeon that was not covered by patient insurance. When asked to make a referral to another surgeon, they refused and were unprofessional and rude. Did not care at all about the fact that a 10 year old child was relying on a referral. Would never recommend this dentist office to anyone..
Dr. Suarez cares for my granddaughter's dental health. We met her initially when Devon fell on the ice and broke her front teeth. Dr. Suarez is very matter of fact and quick to respond. She did a great job on restoration of the teeth and now is her regular dentist. Very concerned with Devon's dental hygiene, and not afraid to impress on her how important is her dental care on her overall health. Very caring professional...gives excellent results! I had a consultation about getting braces. As someone who is afraid of the dentist I was reserved the whole time. The assistant was very kind and told me all the information I asked for. The doctor came in and asked if I wanted braces. I said I needed to know more first and that because of experiences in the past I was hesitant. He then said, I will not treat a patient with that attitude and walked out without even looking at my teeth..

Dr. Cole goes the extra mile to make sure of your overall comfort level during dental procedures.
