My kids are at ease and will allow Dr. Erika and her staff to do whatever procedure is deemed appropriate. That makes all the difference to me. That said, the communication with parents could improve a bit. Because kids are being seen without a parent, communication is a bit difficult. A hygienist shows what was done and what\'s recommended. And the doctor comes across a bit aloof if you want to delay something or disagree with a recommendation.
