Bongiovanni doesn't listen to the patient, had to redo a crown about 3 times, and it still wasn't right. Apparently believes your lower and upper teeth shouldn't touch. Don't let his gentle demeanor fool you. Staff seems nice but as soon as you ask for something, like a clear x-ray copy, they get vicious. They lied about all assistants being vaccinated. Even Dr. B. won't offer that info, after patient expressing a concern about it. Bongiovanni just lets the assistant hover over you, unvaccinated because she doesn't believe in it. Doesn't use digital x-rays, so you cant get a clear copy, or forward to another dr. like a specialist -- this is decades behind the times.

Dr. Rudolph Chao Marlton dental Center 2001 and after I told him repeatedly that I still had discomfort. He responded telling me that was impossible. In 2012 I became critically ill with Sepsis but they could not find the source . eventually they were lead to the source of the sepsis which was found to be coming from my Jaw and the necrosis which was the direct result of the Failed root canal done by Dr. Chao. X-rays show a broken file tip was left in my jaw from the root canal performed by Dr. Rudolph Chao. To cure the sepsis and to get my health back, I had to forfeit 7 healthy teeth to allow the periodontist to debreed the Jaw from the necrosis and then had to get all bone grafting done. eventually I was a candidate then for Implants but my battle with my health continues and is never going to be over because I have to continue to agressively treat the damage done by the sepsis and the necrosis from his failure to tell me that he broke a file tip off in my jaw hile doing a root canal. He closed my tooth up knowing he left the tip of the file behind in my jaw and it took 10 years for it to manifest and take over my jaw. Stay away from Dr. Chao because he will do you more harm then good and I am reaching out to make this known to anyone that has been a patient of his because you too may also be a victim of Dr. Chao negligence. This permanent injury I have suffered from his negligence took 10 years to manifest and I wish he would of been honest when I told him I still had discomfort after the root canal and if he would of listen to my voice and investigated to find where he broke a file in my jaw. But, if he counted his tools post procedure as he is required to do, he would and should and DID KNOW that he broke a file tip during the root canal procedure. Just consider this last sentence. AMEN
