I loved my visit with Dr. Painter and his team. They made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. They explained everything so clearly and listened to all the concerns I had. I have a fear of needles, but they made it so quick and painless. I can't thank them enough. .
Very disappointed with the way this office handled a billing error on both sides. Refused to see us with no call and no warning. Insurance should have paid and didn't and we didn't know. They said they were sending bills but we did not get them. No one ever called us either. For a $12 bill. We showed up and they refused us. Mistakes and errors happen. We have been going there for over 3 years with no issue. Very disappointed with the way this was handled. .
They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable..
