They took my child alone (you are not allowed to be with your child) & did X-rays on her despite my 3 requests not to do so when setting appointment, confirming the appointment & arriving at the appointment. I have her teeth cleaned every 4 months due to family history of dental problems & mask wearing. I do not want X-rays each time & believe this request is within my rights as a parent? My daughter was upset because she knew I had requested this, but she was too scared to say anything to them. She is only 9. Zero call back from them (forget apology) Thankful it wasn\'t a bigger problem.
