I feel a little taking advantage of. I came in and told them I had Aetna insurance from the start. It seemed like everything was covered except for what we agreed upon for the crown and they gave me an estimated bill of $700 after insurance pays for everything. After the work I checked with my insurance and they said I owed $701 but Dr. Yves said I owed a total of $904.95. The office stated they did not have a contract with Aetna, which was the first I was hearing of it. Also, it didn't make sense since the original quote was exactly what Aetna said and also, why would Aetna pay for my other work like dental cleaning. I would just stay clear and I'm reporting them..
Great dentist who spent a lot of time with me! I went to him for a teeth cleaning and I mentioned about a chronic problem that my oral surgeon has been working on for three years. He took a look and then felt the painful bony gum ridge I was telling him about. He then numbed me up and resurfaced the bone within just a few minutes. The pain has never returned. He was great and surpassed my expectations. I will go to no other dentist now. Dr. Yves is the best!.
Friendly and knowledgeable. His office could use a makeover but his staff makes up for it in smiles and helpfullnes. If you are looking for a dentist with years of experience and affordable he's your man. Not to mention the fact he accomodates to fit people who can't come in before 5, so yay!.
i really had bad experience with this doctor, she messed up my teeth, she filed the wrong tooth then she made a root canal treatment for the bad tooth then after few days the filling broke, i went to another dentist, he told me that the x-ray shows an infection at the same tooth that dr. Maricela worked on, and the x-ray shows a flake of the filing instrument that she left it inside the same tooth root. and i must find a specialist to do a surgery for my damaged tooth. any way !!(beware)!!! i don't recommend this dentist for anyone..
Dr. Jones and his staff are very professional and caring. In the last 22 years I have never had a poor experience. I would highly recommend them..
