I was referred to Paul Ortiz by other professional. At my arrival, I was informed by Dr. Ortiz that I need a special 3-D x-ray. They told me I have to pay cash now, however, after claim will be submitted to my insurance company, I will be 100% reimbursed by my insurance company. The 3-D x-ray cost $350.00, they told me. I agreed. A few weeks later, I received only 10% reimbursement from the insurance company. I called insurance company who explained to me that Medical Office staff know very well
